The Farm to Table and Microgardens course offers students exploration into the principles and practices of sustainable agriculture in an urban gardening setting. This course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to cultivate their own fresh produce, understand the journey from farm to table,and engage in environmentally conscious food production for small scale usage within the family or community.
