Authority for Student Discipline

The President of the College is responsible for all matters of student discipline, including the preservation of due process procedures.  This responsibility is normally delegated to the Vice President of Enrollment Management and/or the Assistant Dean or designee of Students for the purpose of implementing approved policies and regulations.  However, the President’s ultimate authority in the regulation of student conduct, including direct intervention by the President when appropriate, is permitted.  All Presidential decisions regarding student sanctions are final.
