BUSN 190 - Human Resources Management (3) This course covers the components of human resource management from organizational assessment to manpower planning including recruitment and selection, training and development, and evaluation and compensation. The impact of employment laws, ethical considerations, global competition, and rapid technological advances on small and large organizations are also considered.
