BUSN 170 - Customer Service Management (3) This course goes beyond just talking about service to analyzing the strategies that enable a business to attract, satisfy, and retain customers profitably. The focus is not identifying service problems, but solving them. Students discover the importance of management, communication, and training play in meeting customers’ needs.
Prerequisite(s): ENGL 100 - English Essentials (2) or proper placement scores Corerequisite(s): BUSN 101 - Introduction to Business (3)
