BUSN 103 - Accounting I (3) This course enables students to understand the basic functions of business accounting and the ethical communication of financial information. It examines the accounting process, transaction analysis, asset and equity accounting and financial statement preparation and analysis. The focus of the course is on the single proprietorship, but an overview of partnership and corporate accounting is also included.
Prerequisite(s): MATH 100 - Math Essentials (3) or placement
