EMSP 102 - EMT-Basic (5)

This entry-level course for patient care within the EMS system. Topics include a review of basic cardiac life support, the human body, patient assessment, medical emergencies, behavioral emergencies, obstetrical & gynecological emergencies, trauma, infants & children, and ambulance operations.

Note EMSP 102 is required for the student to complete the National Standard Curriculum for the EMT-Basic and be eligible to take the National Registry examination for EMT-Basic.
