CBUS 209 - Consumer Behavior (3) This course provides cognitive theories of persuasion, search heuristics, information retrieval, and performance modeling will be covered. Current research is covered on what makes people happy and fulfilled and the strategies people develop to attain these. Consumer behavior in the aftermath of 9/11 will be addressed. Implications for advertising, sales, and new products are discussed to determine consumers’ impact for marketing strategies.
