BUSN 125 - Customer Service Management (3) This course goes beyond just talking about service to analyzing the strategies that enable a business to attract, satisfy, and retain customers profitably. The focus is not identifying service problems, but solving them. Students discover the importance management, communication, and training play in meeting customers’ needs.
Prerequisite(s): ENGL 100 - English Essentials (3) or placement
