MLAS 210 - Medical Lab Assistant I (6)
Reinforcing and building on the knowledge and skills developed in the Healthcare Foundations courses, students will deepen their understanding of lab technology. Topics will focus on phlebotomy and point of care testing which will be practiced in a laboratory and clinical setting.
Prerequisite(s): CAHS 115 Healthcare Foundations II
