This course enables students to practice the elements of the communication process unique to the professional world, taking into account cultural, legal, and ethical considerations. Students apply a systematic approach to planning, creating, formatting, and delivering professional communications such as emails and oral/visual presentations. Students also conduct research, evaluate sources for credibility and reliability, and explore presentation software commonly used in professional communication.
