HOSP 210 - Hosp & Restaurant Management (2) Students will be introduced to all aspects of restaurant and hospitality management. Students will complete a business plan including staffing, budgeting, and daily operations of a restaurant or hospitality related business.
Prerequisite(s): BUSN 101 - Introduction to Business (3) and CART 100 - Intro Culinary Food Service (2)
