IV.        The Academic Appeal Committee

1. The “faculty pool” utilized in this process consists of faculty nominated by the Blue Ridge CTC Curriculum & Instruction Committee.
2. At its last meeting of the academic year, the Blue Ridge CTC Faculty Council shall confirm the Committee’s nominees to serve in the following year from July 1st through June 30th.
3. The faculty pool shall be selected annually.
4. Members of the Committee will hear cases involving grade appeals and academic dishonesty.
